Making good progress it looks like. We put a metal roof on a couple of years ago. Got tired of seeing shingles in the yard after windstorms!

yes and after that last storm Matthew, we lost a lot of shingles. This has a 40 year warranty. I am 63 and Hubby 66 so I pray WE WON'T HAVE TO REPLACE IT AGAIN.
Can't complain the first roof lasted 28 years. And it is nice having a son that is a contractor.
