who knew that even trying to be semi moderate a lunch at olive garden was over 900 calories even with unsweetened tea? crazy. it must suck to be a woman at times. there are some who won't lose weight until they drop the calories down to 1200 or less and virtually eliminate carbs. however the bonus is that you survive the famine while people with higher metabolic rates are dropping like flies all around youlol.

Olive Garden? Yikes! 900 calories in one meal? Ouch! I don't think so. I don't do 900 calorie meals; that would be binging for me. Most don't need to be eating 900 calorie meals either. You don't need a boatload of calories to survive unless you are a serious athelete training and most here aren't. All women aren't the same in regards to calories. I can eat a great deal of food (whole foods) worth 1200 calories in a day. No suffering here. Olive Garden=garbage......garbage that will eat you from the inside out. You probably should get familar with your kitchen; better for your health or find better restaurants to frequent. Olive Garden is a step up from fast food in an Italian setting. Terrible faux Italian food.

IKR? Crazy. I was having a fuzzy headed weak day. It was free. I needed some carbs so I added an apple too. I am still trending in the right direction and feeling totally full with less than 1400 calories. I amjust gonna add a protein shake anyway and call it a day
