Good morning buddies and Happy Hump Day,
This morning was kickboxing and a 2 minute plank.
After a 3 week break, I'm back to my 11am-7pm eating window. I'm happy with my weight, but like the added discipline of IF since it keeps me from snacking while watching TV at night.
I've brought my exercise clothes to work, hoping I'll be able to make it to Curves before they close. If not, I'll do kickboxing and Barre when I get home.
It's freezing here, so tonight I'm making homemade lentil soup..YUM!

Nice on the 2 minute plank - have you ever done the plank rotations, or plank taps? It seems to make the time go faster for me!

Wow, that is an awesome way to start the morning! I like your 11-7Pm window idea too. In January I am going to give that a try when my schedule changes so I can do that too. Lentil soup is so yummy and good for you too! :) Hope your day is fabulous!
