jmb3450's Journal, 07 December 2016

Been doing some thinking and also talking with my wife. My plan had been to stick with a version of LCHF up to Christmas. However, the plan that got me to goal weight and improved my health was targeting macros and calories. The key in avoiding the holiday temptations is sticking to a plan, regardless of what the plan is. I feel my healthiest and best doing targeted macros and calories. So I'm going back to what has worked for me and what I can stick with long term, which is also what I believe is my healthiest option too.

I think a lot of us are taking a step back and looking at what we have ahead of us .. and what we need to do to stay on course. I say whatever works and keeps you satisfied (for the most part) is the right way to go. I wish you great success.
