It's been along time.
I went to see my doctor to get a physical, and I was told I weighed blah blah blah. My blood pressure was up for the fist time in my life. NOT GOOD! They hooked me up to a breathing machine and I was told htat my metabolisim is fine, but I either over eat, don't eat enough or lack exercise. hmmm I think it'a all the above. Starting slow and gonna set short goals. I know the range of calories I should be eating so I will stay under the max.
