142.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

You can do this, small steps, little changes add up!

it's has to be a big change the starches and sugar stuff is causing my sugars to drop where they weren't when i was eating low carb i was stable i have to take a big step and eat low carb again
