hey there... weight generally the same... some fluctuations... didn't log or journal for a minute because my father in law was in town. but still here... someone I know who lost 100 pounds got a tummy tuck too... she's in a lot of pain recovering but I looked into it a little (very little) and insurance can help cover a panniculectomy but not tummy tuck ... soo I've been afraid of dangly skin.... but I guess I don't have to be so much. there's things that can make it a bit better... anyway, that's just some thoughts floating around my head....
Gotta make a grocery list tomorrow.... what are people's favorite LCHF meals?? simple things.....

I know some who have had the tummy tuck, liposuction, and some people who have had laparoscopic gastric banding, others who had bariatric surgery, gastric bypass. One girl who had the gastric bypass later died due to complications. Just understand that whenever you have surgery, there are risks. I can tell you the full stories of all of them but it would be pretty long and I'm not sure what the overall benefit would be to explain all the details to each case to the readers when people can just look it up on line. Whatever you decide I know it will be the right thing for you.
