Let's face it, dieting is not my strong point. I am at one of my heaviest weights after giving birth to my second child and i need to loose it.
I have enlisted the help of a personal trainer and have started meal prepping and watching my intake as of tomorrow. (only because it is 9pm)
lets hope my goal is achievable.
