Starting over from square one. I don't know if I should blame my medication, my lack of willpower when it comes to food, or what. Either way, I'm feeling pretty bad about myself right now.

Don't feel bad. Life changes are hard. Get rid of the sugars and carbs. Learn to love diet sodas with fresh lemon juice, a salsa for a salad dressing, and cut out fat calories when possible. Start walking ten minutes twice a day to begin. You will get back in the groove.
