question!

should I buy a running machine and exercise at home?
or should I go to gym ?
I'm so lazy to drive ...

I saw this really cute pink running machine on amazon and i'm thinking about whether to get it or not ..

I ate porridge this morning, I shouldn't be eating that ~
I have a lot of problems actually ..
I don't have job , I have low self esteem , I don't go out and make friends ..
all I think is the number on the scale.

I'm thinking about going to meet up groups and try to talk to people

anybody having same problem as me? please let me know ~
I need help

Try to make it to the gym or find a Curves center near you. Curves is a great way to get started without the intimidation of a big gym. Weight watchers and TOPS are both great support groups if you're looking to meet person. Personally, I've found FS to be a tremendous support group. I regulate my eating and hit a local gym a few times a week. Nothing heavy duty mind you. But it's enough to help shed the weight. Best of luck.

Why do you want to weigh 96 pounds? That seems terribly low for an adult

I agree, why do you want to weight 43.5kgs? How tall are you? I think you should aim for more realistic goal, otherwise you will be tired on the way. Just eat healthy! I don't lose my weight super fast but I feel like I have more control over it. I'm more of a gym person because it has different group class so it keep me motivated. I don't socialize much too.

In your case I would say gym because you need to socialize, but gyms=$$$ and since you aren't working I am not sure how feasible that is for you, however, maybe you could make some friends and business contacts at the gym to help you out of this hole you are in? 43.5 kg......*sighs*......dear, you need to keep this realistic and honest. Unless you are 150-152 cm 43.5 kg is NOT a realistic goal nor is it a healthy goal. Keep real and keep it obtainable. Have you ever sought professional help for your issues?
