Getting back on track again. Was good leading up to Thanksgiving, but had visitors and didn't keep track of food. Did I mention that I was on an ice cream kick? It's all good, but I just need to keep tabs because that makes a real consciousness of my intake. So starting off December with the same energy that I started November. I am doing yoga 3-4 times per week, which is more than I did last winter season, but it was an option this season, so I am doing it for now. I will be travelling later in the winter and will do yoga independently (with a video).
