Hubby gained 5 lbs back from the 10 he lost, over the thanksgiving holiday. He has lost 3 of the 5 this week. I had lost 4lbs I gained 4 lbs back over the holiday. As of this morning I have lost the 4 lbs again. New month, new challenge, here we go!
