Yesterday was great, and SURPRISE, I feel great! Today will be the same. Working out is key. Can't say that enough. It just gets my mind in the right place.
End of day: Laying in bed sooo happy about how I did today! Worked out first thing, had my lunch packed so ate well at work. One thing to remember to do is to pack things I really like. If that means I'm packing a little chocolate, as long as I count calories for it, no problem! I think it helps not to deprive myself and as they say-do things in moderation. I need to remember to get some Trader Joe's chocolate. I love those 100 calorie dark chocolate bars. It would be good to find some with almonds or something a little more fun as well. MMMMMM! I should run to TJ's tomorrow. Then at class I can do some chocolate, maybe a coffee, awesome! I'm doing it!
GOALS: 209 by next Tuesday!!! 205 by the following week (1/26). C'mon, stay focused girl!
