Hi Everyone,
Work is majorly stressful. I have to go to a funeral on Friday. I am just doing the basics right now which is no binge eating.

I missed my workout this morning b/c I was too tired and I was late for work b/c I slept until 9. I think I needed some rest today and I will make up the hours tonight.

On the good side, I just about made my goal for November - off by half a pound. I need to forget about 50 pounds lost, pretend I am starting over, and lose 50 pounds.

Doctor took me off my Janumet and put me on Metphormin for type II diabetes but my blood sugar went up to the 140s so I switched it back (with his approval). I am disappointed that it happened but I can't expect 10 years of diabetes to be reversed in a few months.

Started taking Krill Oil for the Omega-3s and hopefully that will positively impact my cholesterol and triglycerides.

I don't think I am supporting the community enough and I apologize for that. It is hard for me to come on during work lately and I hate that mobile app - it is horrible. But I do read and I say prayers for all of you!
279.6 lb Lost so far: 72.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

First, awesome loss Shelly! Second, you are doing great on the diabetes front. Look how far you have come already on tackling it. You will achieve your goal as your body allows. You have the determination and stamina. You are an inspiration!

Do what you need to do. If you walk away from the boards for a bit, it's OK. I agree the mobile app stinks. Sorry the stress and loss are piled on right now. You are wise to take care of yourself the way you know is best. So good to hear from you.
