I introduced myself to the scale again....a place I didn't want to go. I just let myself go nuts during the holidays. Reality check...thank goodness hubby and I had gone to the gym....I'm sure it would have been considerably worse!!!!

Turbo Jam this morning - Fat Blaster - not as sore as I thought I would be. However, just sitting at a desk most of the day today, I may find that I may be sorer as the day progresses. Having a Wendy's salad for lunch. Wow - a treat - veggies!

Looking forward to heading to the gym tonight....
