nice start, have had no alchohol for a week now, over the urge !yay mineral water !
190.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard isn't it!! Well done. So much sugar, you'll notice the difference quickly.

Thanks ockyy ! Yes it's very tough ! But I got back on my bike today and did 50k's so although now stuffed , I feel upping the exercise should definately help ! And yes I need to break my craving for fruitloaf, honey and peanut butter/tahini..:)
