Trying to get back into the swing of recording on FatSecret, because I definitely do better when I write it all down.

Today we went to the gym, then to the preserve, where we rode bicycles.
240.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
