The weight has crept back up....time to start again !Also blood pressure is up to 144/91..going on the DASH diet. During this time I had another Hernia open surgery, ( my 2nd in 6 mths ) thus no exercise .I'm now ok to start exercising again ! ( If I can get off the lounge :) )
193.3 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
