1.1 pounds on week 9. Not bad as I was outside the last 4 days staining a deck, "4 friggin days". I sat and posted all the inside rails, wood holding the rails and the first coat on the floor. The is a second floor deck, so my husband was on a ladder and I had to keep shifting it for him, then tying it off. My knees hurt, butt hurts, and my back, UGH!!!!! Going to start week 10.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
