Today was great...did have some dressing but of course its vegan so I'm already ahead there. Same for the sweet potato, green beans, and broccoli. Only goal I missed today was for carbs...overall calories low, but I know for a fact my carbs were through the roof. No dessert so I'm proud of myself for that!
Its late now...having my protein shake with egg whites and unsweetened almond milk :) This should help kick start me for tomorrow...guns full blazing!!!
