I admit it: I was hating keto there for a minute. but with a more hectic schedule and sticking to plan, I've lost more in the past 3 weeks than in all of month two. So, it has redeemed itself. and I've gone and drank with friends on several occasions. I think that will always happen, but just so glad for the food choices I'm making.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

I drink this stuff called White Claw if I am in a social situation with "pressure" to drink. I'm not much of a drinker plus most alcohol is counterproductive to me, carb and calorie wise.
