Really enjoyed my ice cream and M&Ms tonight, but it was a bit too much. Next Time I'll go back to the 1/4 cup IC and 15g candy.

As per usual, no BMs this weekend so the weight is up a bit due to the build up. This will undoubtedly rectify itself 10 minutes before my next lecture...

Otherwise, everything is going well.

Looking good, just make sure you are getting enough calories, I am concerned that your weight is going to fall below zone at this rate. We'll get a weight tomorrow morning and reassess.
