Still figuring this all out. Looking forward to my 10% loss goal of 26 pounds (at 235). Looking forward to my keychain, washer and my first 25 pound reward.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
