Back on track, gave up the beer.
314.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 94.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too. Switching to wine helped a little. I finally decided no drinking (mostly) on week nights. Good luck to you.

Alcohol can be a huge culprit of weight gain. Giving up beer should definitely help you with losing! Good luck!

I'm on the wagon too...or is it off the wagon. Never can remember! Anyhow I'm not drinking until we go on our cruise January 19th.
