A week of one disaster after another. Guess I'll just pick myself up once again and get back on the horse. I refuse to be beaten by myself. I am very determined. I shall just look at the past week as a wild vacation and now resume food sanity lol.

If anyone did well last week, my hat is off to you. Our world is under so much stress, the news, the election, whether you were happy or upset with the presidential race, it is still a lot to have on your mind and your heart. I say we all disconnect for a week and see if we can do better.
