Ate far to much meat- Hubby and I went out to a Brasilian steak house for dinner... Funny its shocking at the amount of food I ate and was full- and guess what I stopped eating! SO new to me. Progress feels good! I did eat my entire days worth of calories in one meal,but it was SO good. but i guess thats ok once and a while- we are human!
Still feeling pretty aweful. Even called my Dr. Of course hes closed til the new year. GAH Maybe if Im not improved tomorrow I'll bite the bullet and go to a clinic and get some anti biotics. Hate taking those things but Im afraid bronchitis wont heal on its own. :(

Sarah, I hope you're watching the dairy until you're better. Doctors may not say this, but I have chronic bronchial asthma and I know the dairy affects the respiratory stuff.

Im not a big dairy eater- and yeah, my oldest son has had bronchial issues too, and I learned early on it was evil! :) Its a terrible family trait but we manage! A few years ago my seasonal bronchitis turned to Pneumonia - nasty stuff. My dad and hubby both are after me to get to a Dr.

Sarah, go to the clinic pronto..I too have issuses like that..I hate
anitbotics too..you don't want pneumonia again..I have to agree with
you on how much I can't eat any more..its like my stomach has shrunk
or something..so glad you enjoyed your evening out...TAKE CARE OF YOU.
