Brkfst: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup V8 juice, 2 coffees, 1 green tea w/no sweetner

Snack: 1 Kashi TLC bar

224.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
