Woo-hoo! Slooowly I turned.....
254.2 lb Lost so far: 95.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Brilliant weight loss. You are now the same BMI as myself. My target is sub 30, though I know that BMI is a bit of an arbitrary measurement. Many top class athletes have a BMI that is considered unhealthy!
