so this week hasn't been going well for me .. i didn't ruin the diet but i didn't exactly stick with the things that i need to speed up my weight loss, i hardly drank any water, didn't exercise, didn't eat any vegetables,,, felt awful because i wasted an entire week,,, i was soo busy preparing for my graduation ceremony which is sooner than i expected :S apparently the pushed it back couple of months early and now i have to be ready and i was swamped with projects to submit, meetings to attend ,, i didn't have time for anything,,, but this week i'm gonna do much better,, my goal is to lose 1.6 kgs this week i need to do my best to make up for the time lost....
on diet Atkins

you don't need to make up for time lost..it's a life style change..think of it that way and it becomes second nature and you stop thinking of it as a diet.
