I finally have time to get back in the gym! I am so freaken releaved. I also have time to sleep every night. I hope I can get back to the level of fitness I was in, before this work schedule hit me. I am thinking that with the working out, I feel more responsible to eat better and I will have time to sleep every night, so should drop the weight fairly quickly again. I expect that I will have a week or two of delay as usual. My body has a habbit of needing to be convinced that I am serious about working out before it decides to let go of the weight.
