Spent the past few days enjoying the holiday...and the FOOD!! Time to get back on track. I REALLY do not want to weigh myself as I know it won't be pretty!! I think I will go back to Phase 1 for a week or so to get rid of the carb cravings. Need to go grocery shopping tonight for that.
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of SBD whole grain crunch cereal with skim milk, 1 cup of cinnamon flavored coffee with 2T of sugar free vanilla creamer & 2 small turkey sausage bites (20 cals)
MID MORNING SNACK = 6 small turkey sausage bites (60 calories- suggested serving)
LUNCH = salad greens with a small chicken breast cubed up, 1 slice of reduced fat swiss & 2T of Drew's Thai sesame lime dressing.
AFTERNOON SNACK = 30 pistachios & sugar free coffee drink
DINNER = SBD Chicken Capri & salad greens with 2T balsamic vinagrette
DESSERT = 2 no sugar added fudgecicles
EXERCISE = 30 mins of brisk walking & 15 mins of weight training to firm up my flabby arms ;-)
