Same doing sleeping most time and doing internet same roti in morning and rice dal in lunch and indinner and banana .ONly having spirulina before 30 min prior to dinner .Might be effective.lets see.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
