Ate (snacked) horribly yesterday, but there is a reason. VERY stressful past week from a professional/ career standpoint. Probably noshing for comfort, but something simply had to give. Since I don't drink, smoke or ingest any mood or mind altering substances, I suppose I sought sweet, crunchy relief. No room in my head or heart to obsess and worry about calorie counts yesterday. Call it a setback and move on. Did get some cardio in, and my worst day in recent history was probably about an average day in my "lardo' era! Hey people, I have to share the bad with the good right?
