I'm trying to accept my recent two week fall off the 'wagon.' It was a good lesson for me because I was reminded why I changed my way of eating. Just two weeks eating unhealthy carbs, and not even to excess, and my mood swings, depression, acne, stomach troubles, insomnia, fatigue, anger, and edgy feeling all came back!! Just 4 days back on track and it's all gone. Hopefully I will remember this the next time I start to think I can eat like the rest of the world!!
