I read from my trainers e-mail to start writing 5 wins from the previous day down. I liked that.

5 wins
1. Went to a network event with free (unhealthy) food & drinks. I did not partake.

2. I stuck to my meal plan for the day (getting my macros in the correct range)

3. I got up early to do hair and makeup for the event.

4. I drank plenty of water.

5. I stayed positive throughout the day.
