Refeeding Day #1
My weight didn't change today and my ketosis is between small and moderate this morning, I really feel I didn't have enough water yesterday, I've to try my best today.
The ketostix change might be also due to the amount of sugar in the disgusting coconut water I had yesterday, never anymore! Today watermelon! Happy Friday everyone
119.7 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
