Good morning all! Up a pound...probably because I weighed after getting dressed this morning...lol. Today's going to be great...I hope everyone has a good one also.
272.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 122.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always try to weigh first thing in the morning still in my gown when I weight and the scale still hates me a lot of the time but I can't give myself an excuse most of the time there are a few things that will jump it up but not many.

I try to do the same Addie...that way there's no trying to figure out what anything weighs. We have this...onward and downward!
