On Sunday I begin phase 3 of the HCG diet. As of today, I have lost 20.5 lbs in 38 days. This equates to a bit over 1/2 lb per day. I hope to lose at least 2 lbs by Monday morning. At that point I begin the 72 hour weening off the HGC. I am looking forward to adding back some healthy fats, most missed is the organic coconut oil and Grass fed raw milk with my coffee. I don't miss sweets or grains, although my husband made a grilled cheese sandwich earlier today that smelt so good. I am pleased with my current weight loss journey and can't wait to move onto adding back healthy fats and a bit more protein. I will be able to begin working out.
