That bread is just delicious. I found it at Kroger a few months ago. It's pricey, but luckily I don't eat bread often so it lasts for a while :)

I make one loaf a week for hubby. I eat a slice maybe 3X/week. I add seeds as well. NO white bread of course. We like rye and spelt bread. Most eat several slices of bread here on a daily basis.

I love rye and spelt bread, too. I don't think I could eat it daily, but do have an occasional sandwich.
