Living low GI, weened off the protein shakes completely, and relieved to still be losing. Tough week on the road, but porridge for breakfast, light lunch and good meal in the evening is a routine I can easily follow. Tracking my calories and it's surprisingly tough to make it to 1500 cal per day. Nice problems to have. Long may it continue...
238.0 lb Lost so far: 114.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
