I'm all back in. Today I'm easing into the system tracking my calories... tomorrow I'm dedicated to following the plan laid out. I'm ready to start exercising again.
I am a little scared. I'm scared about my endurance, my blood pressure getting out of whack again, of failure. But I'm in it. Food is purchased. Today's Goals - Track everything I eat (fail for the day) Start food prepping for tomorrow (completed!) Make quick meal guides "recipes" for easier tracking and planning. (new recipes created & tomorrow tracked so I just have to look and remember what I planned).
