Good morn... ended up yesterday with 5063 in steps..you always want more..cooler weather you get what you get..did air up tires on road bike..thought maybe I would go out later this morning for a change an get a short ride in..sinuses are acting up this morning from my steps yesterday..a lot of sneezing and coughing..one well..first cup of tea gone..time to get up and make breakfast..get this day going..have a great one

I have been riding my bike up to the mail box. My legs feel like wet noodles after that little jaunt. LOL!

I did layer up while ago ..was 56..so to cool..did 20 min ride..3.86 miles..15.8 top speed..11.5 Ave speed...to many cars to watch and share the road with..
