Hi Everyone, I have came a long way by "the grace of GOD" I still have a long way to go at this time im trying To set a permanent life style to adjust to,Which is easier said then done.i get to see how food really Play such an important part in my life.so many habit forming eating pattern to really be mindful Of what you eat when you eat how you eat really Change a lot,more self seeking than a diet Please respond would like to hear you thoughts.

You are over half way to goal! You are doing so good. Our emotional connection with food is so hard to change. I've always eaten for comfort and pleasure rather than nourishment. My mantra I repeat over and over in my head is "eat to live, don't live to eat." For the last year and a half it is working. I talk to myself and preach that I can't taste that ice cream (insert your particular weakness here) after a very few minutes. The brief pleasure is not worth the long term effects. Still trying to train my brain. This site helps!
