Good Morning Dear Diary, Happy day :) Another weight loss. It's hard to believe at 64 years old I'm able to still lose weight at this pace!! I've know for a long time that my body Does NOT metabolize carbs very well and as long as I eat a relatively low carb diet, I can lose weight. My current weight is 172.2 lbs my beginning weight was 194.6 lbs on July 21, 2016. At this point I've lost 22.4 lbs YEH!!! I started using Bene Fiber Healthy Shape 2 months ago and I really believe that has helped with my losing weight. Tonight My husband and I will be going to a homecoming football game with our 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS to escort 1 of the princesses. Should be a fun time. I'll take lots of pics.
