I was surprised to see that my weight went down by 1.5 kilos. I did not want to check my weight today but I had a feeling I gained weight, so I checked. It's a nice feeling but I have the habit of becoming over-confident and not following my diet well enough after a small success. Perhaps I should have waited a little bit longer until the scheduled weigh in date.
