So today was weigh-in after a week of low carb, no sugar and water increase. Had a very busy week at work, kids and husband that is out of the country. Had to face 3 meals at a restaurant all coming down to choices!! Detoxing is never a good experience but I know it is only for a short period. Very pleased with the result. Let's Go!
