blegh.... i guess at least its not up.

it seems im going to have to live on lettuce for this damn tube around my belly to shrink and the scale to come down.

sooooo tired today, no idea why and when im like this i just wanna eat!! grrrrrrrrr

Tanya are you taking any supplements like iron? Vit B12? I found when I started dieting and exercising I needed them just a little more. Also be kind to your self PMS for me makes me want to eat everything in sight.

Tabetha2016 im not actually taking any supplements. 2 years ago i was taking a variety of multivits and i was sick and tired ALL the time. i stopped taking then and been off for almost 2 years and havent been sick once! dont believe in those things. but thanks for the advice, i will just up my spinach in take a little :)
