Okay most normal people lose weight when they get ill but oh no I gain! But what can I really expect when I eat more and train less...?

Back on it (again)
131.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can't eat when I'm sick .. never ever! I can't eat when I'm hot and then I eat rubbish just to keep going. We are all different ... and human. Hope you are much better now.
