Good morning buddies!
It's a beautiful day here...a little overcast but nice and cool.
I've already grocery shopped, and am getting ready to do my cardio video. My back still feels okay, so will probably do kickboxing also.
I'm really enjoying having the house to myself for a bit..amazing that it stays CLEAN! 😬 Hubby is messy, but I'll let him slide since he has so many great qualities.
Tonight we'll have veggie chili. Not sure if it's 'clean eating', but my goal today is to eat healthy foods with minimal processing and all organic. I'm working in my 2nd 20oz tumbler of water, so looks like I'll easily get 64oz today.
I did buy the dreaded Halloween candy today. I'm not usually tempted by sweets, but just to be safe I got a huge bag of candy I can't stand.

What kind of candy did you buy? I am not a candy person myself. I do miss Halloween. Some celebrate it here, but not many.

It's a mix of sweet tarts, laffy taffy, and spree. There aren't many candies that I like. I'm more of a savory girl 😊

LOL Veggie we seem to be in similar brain waves, I am not tempted as much by sweets but goodness gracious when it comes to chocolate? down I go, luckily I hate chewy candy but apparently a lot of kids love it, so chewy it is!

I couldn't help but chuckle at buying candy you don't like so you won't eat it! That's a very good idea :-) I was thinking of making veggie chili tonight myself. Did you mention it before and plant it in my head or was it random coincidence LOL. Do you use veggie crumbles or just straight up veggies? I actually kept my old personal recipe and just traded the ground turkey for Boca crumbles. Everyone in the house actually likes it BETTER now and they're not vegetarians.

Veggiemama..I may have planted that idea :) I'm making veggie chili tonight with straight-up veggies. My hubby prefers it over regular chili. I do use Boca and Morningstar Farms crumbles a lit, but not in this chili.

As a kid sweet tarts were so popular. They taste like sugary/tart grit to me. Spree falls into that category of sweet tarts. The third one just sticks to your teeth. Great choices for sure. Hehehehe ;)

I know, A66! That's what I was saying! ;) Lol. I loved them so much as a kid. Id get the giant ones and luck them until my tongue bled. Ha! I never said i was a normal kid. Glad you got something you could avoid!
