9st 8.3 Fat 23.4% (1.5 off at WW but paled into insignificance compared to Jon's 5.5lb! But he hadn't eaten his dinner cos he was scared lol) Happy to have a loss before hol so there's some wiggle room! I've walked myself silly this week as next week will inevitably be relatively sedentary but we're very excited for it :)
134.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done, to both of you! My Jawbone Up is giving me a lot less steps (and calories) than my Fitbit did. A normal busy day is now just 8000 steps instead of 11000. Strange! Have a great holiday 😀
